A 1-hour session for when you're stuck and need movement, not another month of spinning.

Sometimes you don't need a 6-month container. You need an hour of focused, undivided attention to get unstuck right now.

This single session blends coaching, energy work, and intuitive guidance-whatever you need most shows up in the room. Maybe it's a business decision you can't seem to make. Maybe it's a block you can feel but can't name. Maybe you just need someone to help you see what you can't see from inside your own head.

In this hour, we'll:

Get to the root of what's actually keeping you stuck
Use intuitive guidance and energy work to clear what's in the way
Leave you with clarity and a next step you can actually take

This is for you if:

You're facing one specific block or decision, not your whole life

You're curious about working together and want to experience it first

This isn't:

A replacement for ongoing support (most real transformation happens over time, not in a single hour)

Deep inner and trauma work needs more space than 60 minutes allows
