No Longer Available: A Reclamation Ceremony
A Friday the 13th Ceremony for Reclaiming Your Energy, Your Power & Your Knowing
Friday, November 13, 2026 · 5:30–7:00 PM
(Replay sent following morning for those that can’t make it Live. The energy is still very potent the next day)
What if Friday the 13th isn't a day to fear?
What if it's a day to remember?
Friday has long carried a connection to the feminine in Germanic and Norse traditions. The English word itself comes from Old English Frīġedæġ—“Frigg's day”—and Friday was also associated in some traditions with Freyja, the Norse goddess connected with love, beauty, desire, fertility, magic, and sovereignty.
Over time, Friday the 13th became associated with bad luck, superstition and fear.
But I think there's something wildly feminine about taking the day back.
Instead of asking: What bad thing might happen to me?
It gets to be: What am I no longer available for?
The overgiving. The proving. The performing. The abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable. The version of you who says yes when every cell in your body is saying no. The expectations you've outgrown. The identities you've carried long past their expiration date. And the places where you've been giving your energy to something that simply isn't yours anymore.
Transforming a day of fear into a day of reclamation.
We'll also draw on the energy of Samhain-the seasonal threshold marking the end of the harvest and the movement into the darker half of the year. Traditionally, Samhain was a liminal time: a moment of transition, reflection, and connection with what lies beyond the ordinary.
A time to decide what comes with you...and what doesn't.
THIS IS YOUR INVITATION TO RECLAIM
In this 90-minute Friday the 13th ceremony, we'll create a sacred space to release what is draining you, reconnect with your intuition and call your energy back home.
Through coaching, meditation, reflection, ritual, and energy work, we'll explore:
What you're no longer available for
Where you've been leaking energy
What you've been carrying that isn't yours
Which boundaries are asking to be strengthened
What your intuition has been trying to tell you
What parts of yourself you're ready to reclaim
And who you get to be when you stop negotiating with what you already know
This is about discernment.
..about knowing what gets access to you.
...about trusting yourself enough to act on what you know.
It's about remembering that your energy is sacred.
YOU'LL LEAVE FEELING…
Clearer about what you're ready to release.
Lighter from putting down what you've been carrying.
More connected to your intuition and inner knowing.
More grounded in your boundaries and standards.
More empowered to decide what gets your time, attention, energy, and access.
More connected to the woman you're becoming and the parts of yourself you've been ready to call back home.
AND MAYBE…
Maybe Friday the 13th will now be a day of badass reclamation.
Come release. Come reclaim. Come remember.
